Afroshanghai.com aims at creating a virtual space for Africans and African Americans living in China, while providing an opportunity for cultural exchange with people from China and other parts of the world.

We have been working on the site recently and we hope to provide you a more useful website in a very near future. Improvements should include a resource page where newcomers can get quick tips to make their move to China a success, a French version of this site for French speakers, a Live Chat (currently in beta mode) and new additions to the Afroshanghai Blog.

Afroshanghai.com is a nonprofit website supported through advertisement. You are welcome to bring your contribution to make this project a success.

The Afroshanghai Forums are the most active part of the site, with more than 500 active members. It is the place to go if you want to network with other Africans and Blacks living or working in China, and with our Chinese visitors as well.
