China's Population to Incease by 200 Million

China's population will increase by 200 million in the next thirty years, according to a report published on Thursday.

The report by the State Population and Family Planning Commission paints a clear picture of China's population situation and outlines plans to resolve current population issues.

The report says the implementation of the family-planning policy in 1973 has reduced Chinese women's fertility rate to about 1.8 by mid and late 1990s.

  China's population is expected to reach 1.36 billion by 2010 and 1.45 billion by 2020. The peak will come in 2033 with a total population of 1.5 billion, says the report.

It says China is facing an aging population, with seniors over 60 currently numbering 143 million, or 11 percent of the total.

 By 2020, there will be 234 million people over the age of 60, accounting for 16 percent of the country's total population, a sharp rise on the 9.9 percent in 2000.

1.) Implement the "谁都行" policy: legalize & encourage gay marriages in some parts of China.
-Guys won't have a hard time looking for wives only 'coz "谁都行"
-Prohibits adultery thus controlling STDs
-Controls population growth

2.) Allow women to marry at least 5 men by law...I'd better start applying for citizenship!

Another alternative is to import women from those places which are even less developed than China. That is happening already. Women are now coming in from Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, etc... At the end it is an economic matter, you have more money, there will be more women willing to marry you, no matter where she may come from. Chinese has already identify the core issue of everything..money.

In a few years, due to China's continuous rise in population...let's say a whole bunch of Chinese start migrating to Africa...like by the million...

Would people in your country welcome them with arms open wide? Just curious.

About the immigration thing, Chinese are already immigrating to USA, Canada, Aust, NZ... as long as they have enough money in their pocket, those countries are all arms openned.. We have find the core issue to everything.. In fact people are not welcoming the person, but their money, no matter what colour their skin is.

I don't know about USA, Canada & NZ, but I do know that the Aussies aren't too happy about the Asians moving in, no matter how loaded.

There are White racist everywhere. They have forgetten how they came and taken the land of the native people not so long ago in terms of human history. I am waiting for the day when the native people are educated and start to claim back what they should be entitled.

They would be more than welcome.....africans are usually cool with everyone who goes there..they can even build their own city and no discrimination will be metted on them for all i know...sabrina go to kenya and i promise  you will want to make it your home...cool weather great beaches..nairobi/mombasa/kisumu cities are full of foreigners...there is a small town called malindi with a population of 3000 italians business men who are locals now... owning condos and tourist hotels, they are at home and everyone is cool with them beach property though is 1million yuan per acre...kisumu/nairobi cities full of indians/whites...africa is everyones hood...chinese guys should head there and try to hook themselves some exotic women of the coast.....   for those who want to relocate start here..1rmb=8.6kshs .. http://www.hassconsult.co.ke/refosale.html

lol@ Kamally...I'm actually from Africa myself. (but not from the mainland).  The reason I'm asking this question to African "mainlanders" is because things are just nasty in my part of Africa. People don't like Chinese & Indians much. I don't know how people back home will react to a swarm of Chinese moving in.
