Strange! If you have a WORK VISA and a RESIDENT's PERMIT, then why do you need to find a job?

It must be pointed out in no uncertain terms that switching jobs can only be done under certain conditions.

To quit your old job, you have to hand in your resignation; your ex-employer must give you a RELEASE LETTER, without which you are not permitted to enter into a new employment situation. The release letter has to be approved by the PSB.

Working for a new employer on an ex-employer's visa is illegal.
