but sometimes we play dumb just to get to a certain goal. China had to play Dumb  before getting to where they are today.

I will not call it palying Dumb, but the acceptance of the reality. Your bargaining power will be upgarded only after you have made your economic development, but not before. China gave very favourable terms to foreign investors, we have only one goal, it is to attract the investment, which will make everything start. We knew very well where we stand 20 years ago, and what our bargaining power was. Once startyed on the right track, after hard working for about 5 to 10 years, you can see the result. When the economic developed, you will not make the same offer to foreign investors any more, you will ask for much better terms. What Africa need is a peaceful envoirnment to enable its economic development, just hope CIA do not make any trouble there any more.

Of course every one will have his own opinion on certain things, even people from the same culture or same background  will look at things at different perspective, not to mention the difference between people from different cultures and bakgrounds. That is also the reason I come to this forum because I want to listen to the view point of people come from other cultures. I respect your opinion but about my post, I was just expressing my own view, with no intention to offend anyone. If I have created such impression, please accept my sincere apology.
