Good people.

We thought a one week notice for our planned meeting was not sufficient. The meeting has therefore been rescheduled to a week later than the 25th.

New date.

Sat. Dec 2

Venue remains unchanged.

Hope that gives everyone enough time to stop by.

That would be great if those who are interested replied to this post, so that we have an approximate idea of the number to expect. If too few responses then we may find another time and/or venue. Because last time for all the hundreds of members of Afroshanghai and the many others unregistered visitors only 4 people showed up so...
For the venue also if anyone has another idea please share.
Finally, what about organizing a huge Afro party (or Afro-Latino) for the end of the year. Not just an Afroshanghai thing but something more than that. We could contact a bar and negotiate with them so that they host the party. Any idea? Would love to hear from you.

Even though I am fond of opting out at the last minute  :( ;D, would love to be there..REALLY..I've met a few people and would want to meet others..:)

Regarding Pat Togo's idea, at least I think we should all meet up this Saturday and if there's a positive outcome, we can all discuss it there and finalize it..

I'll come as long as i can bring my friends....but they arenot either from Africa or not Africa American...I know it is Afroshanghai meeting and it should only include  members from it but I don't want to come alone.......let me know if i'm allowed?
