For the forum to grow properly and in the right direction, I think forum moderators should be appointed to the position, rather than being some volunteer-newbie who nobody knows, nobody respects & nobody trusts.  After all, being a forum moderator is like being the government. ;D

So basically, I think you guys should strike out the "If you want to be moderator just let us know" thingy.

lol, can't wait for the replies on this one. ::)
