WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE LIKE GUANZHOU CITY, A CITY OF MILK AND HONEY.

Well i am a nigerian living in guangzhou city of china and will like to use this opportunity to ask ppl who live in guangzhou or have visited guangzhou city what they have to say about the city.

I've been to Guanzhou about three times, and on all instances it was during the winter. I was impressed with the weather,.. warm throught out the year.Very different from Shanghai.

More than anything, i was surprised at the number of black people there. Also the Chinese population there is so used to seeing foreigners, they dont stare as much.

Cool place, but i hear crime is high.

Hi, welcome to GZ. how long have you been in GZ? The long you have been in GZ, the more you like it. As matter as fact, the living cost is most cheap in all china big city( shanghai, BeiJing, Shenzhen), you only cost a little money to buy good products and service. 

People in GZ are very practical, they don't look down you by your clothing or shoes. they can have business meeting with you in  T-shirt and slippers. you can wear anything you want!

There are so many african in my living district in GZ. It seems like they enjoy their life in the district. people in this district use to seeing african, so they are kind to them. the kids more like african because they often get the candy from african .

It's true crime is higher than other city, especially rob lady by motomachine but I never hear of african were robbed, maybe you african all look like strong and powerful, robber are afraid of you.

A few months ago an African help in catching a thief, (those who ride a motor bike and take handbag of ladies) made news for awhile.

i love gz.each time i go there,i dont feel like returning to qingdao.lol

I heard that if you go to the churches  in GZ on Sundays, you may  feel you are in Africa.

Someone one day ought to do a documentary on Blacks living in China or Guangzhou. If no one does it gimme 5-10 years and I might do it.

Souds like good. there is a office building named Tianxiu in huan shi dong lu GZ, some many African work in the building. Maybe the documentary begin from this building.
