Can somebody please tell the man upstairs to make up his mind regarding the weather situation. One minute it's hot next it's cold, what's with that? Are we allowed to elect a new 'man upstairs'? Any possibilty of firing the incumbent, coz i believe he's displaying a certain amount of incompetence >:( >:(! Anybody with answers??? pleaaaseeee, arrrrrrggggghhhhhhhh!!!!!!
