L.I.F.E : Living In Fear of Extinction

« on: April 26, 2009, 01:18:52 PM »

If you've been thinking of owning a house in the U.S,...now is the time. Some houses, in some parts of the country are going at half their original value. I aint too sure about requirements for non-citizen owners but um sure there are no major obstacles.

On related issues,...i understand Seychelles is also up for grabs, and they got some prime real estate out there,...wouldnt mind buying a small island up there,...but...

Oh Lord, please release me from this vicious cycle of poverty, let me taste the sweet honey that is wealth for once,..what have i done to you huh? gimme a goddamn break,..arrrrgggg!!

It sounds good on paper but nobody knows when the housing market in the US would recover. Furthermore, assuming you won't be living there yourself, being a long distance landlord is not an easy thing....

OMG, you're walking in a sweet dream. You really dont know the subprime crisis is destroying US, do you? However, personally I would choose to buy a villa in Texas, instead of a small flat in Cali or N.Y , in the case I were a black guy.

Only getting an I.D number in US you can own anything which u want.

There are lots of occassion to get good jobs in Asia, why didnt u dream about them?

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.
