My question us simple.

Is a man who pays to have sex with a woman of negotiable affection exploiting her?

I mean, if both are consenting adults who agree on the price in a free and fair environment, can this be termed exploitation?

Um throwing this issue to u guys coz i had a rather loud arguement with a feminist fundamentalist who if given the chance would probably do pain inducing things to men.

The way I see it, business is business.  She has an asking price and if the man agrees to pay the price for certain services then she should perform these services, period.

Don't you guys ever sleep?  haha!  Prostitution is the oldest profession known to man.  Even Jesus didn't condemn it.  So I guess it's all good.  Like Sab said...business is business.

Is it that hard to get laid that one would need to pay for sex? 

I am more of a conservative and I find it regretful that an act which noble purpose were procreation and preservation of the species has been turned into a mere commodity and the fulfillment of personal "pleasures". Shame on u !!! 

Pat,...sex is supposed to be pleasurable, if done right that is, so there is nothing shameful about pursuing that pleasure be it free or paid for.

Having babies is another thing all together, and it should involve commitment in order for optimum "preservation of the species" to occur.

I've said this before,... sex is a highly valued activity, but ironically those that decide to act rationally and make a serious buck out of it are given nasty labels.

Pat my dear friend, i think you just have to come out and be truthful,...the reason most men are against prostitution is that they know that if the laws were made to make sense, and the monetary value of sex was recognized, women would be the richest human beings on this planet, and men would be broke!

hey, waiting...Khabzela,  I still has understood your problem unclearly. You meant the woman not wanting any fee before they had sex. And she asked him 'the payment' after that?? Right?  ???I dont mean to be rude, but the sort of place you come to when you want to just get on with the rest of your life, quietly. But when you get to know it a bit better, when you get to know everybody a bit better, things certainly seem to liven up.  ....
