BIG TROUBLE FOR NIGERIANS IN CHINA

I think the greatest number of Africans in China are students who have their papers (not the toilet type) in order. So if a general perception persists in Guanzhou based on a bunch of idiots breaking immiration laws, then those who make such broad judgements are clearly on the wrong side of rational thinking.

I think we should discuss Guanzhou and Nigerian criminals specifically, to talk about 'Africans' and how 'Africans' are messing up is to unnecessarily widen this discussion and cast the net on the majority of Africans who are here legitimately.

Inability to make 3-ply toilet tissue using local equipment at a price the potential market can afford?

Even normal TP is so bulky I can't imagine it being worthwhile to  import it instead of just making it locally.

To be honest, we do import toilet paper.  We have strict environmental conservation laws that prohibits us from cutting down our own trees.

Africa has lots of natural resources.
Africa has cheap labor (cheaper than GD area of China?)

Yet China has all the factories... 

As far as I know, Asian "cheap labour" is cheaper than African "cheap labour"...in fact we hire Asians to do the low-income jobs in the factories (they work better, faster, and they don't complain as much).  Don't know about the other African countries though.
