ICS TV's terrible commentary

I think due to broadcast rights and so forth ICS gets recorded olympic sports events which they re-broadcast using their own commentator. The effort is commendable, HOWEVER they use some idiot who generally has no clue about the sports he commentates about or what TV commentary entails. It's HORRIBLE!!

Half the time the fellow thinks the TV audience is blind, i mean he says stuff like, " oh wow he's kicking ball", and " my goodness, he's celebrating his win with great exciment, he's smiling oh wow" or my favorite, " look at him, he's running very fast"

They should fire the guy,...or better, they should hang him by the tongue until he's mute! That's how terrible he is.

P.S Just in case,...ICS is an English TV channel based in Shanghai

.....a station with equipment worth millions....but can't hire a guy who speaks good english.....i think its a ploy to keep the ratings up...coz i would tune in everyday to laugh......but...they sould kill him until he is dead....ha!...

The guy speaks perfect English, it's just that he hasn't a clue about TV commentary.

Probably he is in good terms with one of the managers of the station, this is 100 times more important than whatever knowledge or understanding he has about what he is supposed to report about...

........saying the truth some lines there do not come out as good english...to some of us it sounds faqd up...but it also depends where u come from and what qualifies as bad english....
