Hi,
I need to send cash to Africa (central) via companies like Western Union, Money Gram...or equivalent.
Can anyone provides me adress of their offices in shanghai downtown or Gubei/Hongqiao area?
Any telephone number?
Any restriction of the amount which can be transferred?

.....all i can offer u is that their limit is about 10k us dollars....pat must  know some  address there.. he is shanghai certified...

You can google western union and moneygram and find their agents in Shanghai on their websites. Another option is to visit directly the institutions that they partner with in mainland China. For Western Union that would be China Post and Agricultural Bank of China. For Moneygram it is ICBC, Bank of Communications and CITIC Bank. Even if the branch you visit doesn't offer the service, they will give you the address of the nearest location.
