Shanghai, four years now and counting!

FOREIGNERS in Shanghai should carry their passports with them for random checks by police, according to the latest info from the Exit-Entry Administration of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau.

It seems the rule applies to other cities as well. Therefore I would like to remind brothers and sisters in the country to make sure to carry identification documents when out, since as you know we are the group that usually attracts the most attention....
