Information on Shenzhen needed

Hi,
I am  black british male who will be travelling to Shenzhen in July 2008. I would really appreciate if someone would give me some feedback on life in China for black people.  Are there many black people in Shenzhen,how are we treated down there? I would like to hookup with some black brother down there.  I will also be travelling to Wuzhou.

  Sorry for replying this late. I was not coming to the site for a while now. ANyway,i'm a Nigerian and a black in Shenzhen too. The thing is that,there are blacks here but not to compare with other parts of the country. U are welcomed to stay as the people are really having a series of change socially and otherwise. However,u must have in mind that it's still China and u would encounter series of racist act which is in a way caused by ignorance of the masses. Umm...u would also encounter the good ones..Matter of fact,just let me know when u get in as i'd be pleased to direct u on places and how things are to be done.
