Hi again!

It's me teachacpt from L.A.  I can hardly wait for my trip to begin! Smiley Of course everyone wants souveniers.  What do you suggest regarding the most unique and economical thing to buy while visiting Beijing?

Thanks Smiley

T-shirts from the Great Wall are nice.  If you negotiate just right you can get them for about $1 each.  A friend of mine came to visit me two years ago.  He's a very harsh haggler and we made out like bandits.

LMAO.  And what was that like? Grin Grin Grin

A friend of mine gave me a small stone that was part of the great wall (well that's according to my friend).  You don't have to buy your souvenirs, LOL. Cheesy Wink

LOL!  My friend took a small stone from the Great Wall too.  Shop keepers were literally kicking us out, because of his methods of haggling.  He's an investment banker so he makes his living my driving down prices.  He also said that it helps that he's middle-eastern.

I thing it is very good to give t-shirt from great wall, I also like that idea. You can wear it and remember about Beijing. It will be memorable to you for long time.
