Does anybody know about doing business in Cote d' ivoire(CIV)? What's the cheapest way to send things to CIV?I mean by air cargo.Courier company is out of the question.

What kinds of "things"? For sending small quantities (from 50~60Kg)  you may need to go through forwarders, they usually get better deals from cargo companies such as Ethiopian Airlines. For less than that you may not have much alternative to courrier.
