tyson is cute but his attitude stinks. i knew him back in my clubbing days. we ran in the same circles. he was a fun guy to be around but at the time he was the only really popular black male model so that got to his head big time.
he craved attention but that lead him into some serious problems with his management. he was also going through some industry "pimping/hoeing" and that lead to him putting tattoes all over his body in retaliation or depression or whatever, we couldn't understand it.
he stopped getting work but now it looks like he's cleaned up his act and the money has long run dry and his hoeing on his sugardaddies can only get him so far.
oh well...

Yep, Ne-Yo is among the hottest musicians today.
Like Babyface and Brian McKnight, Ne-Yo started as a song writer first and became a singer later. He wrote songs for Mario, Rihanna, Beyonce, Chris Brown, Mary J. Blige, Celine Dion, Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg, et al.

Besides Ne-Yo and Tyson Beckford, there are other celebrities in North America and Europe with African American/African Caribbean and Chinese heritage such as Naomi Campbell (super model), Sean Paul (Reggae artist), Michael Lee-Chin (investor), Rae Dawn Chong (actress, "The Color Purple"), Tiger Woods (golfer), et al.

I get the feeling it's more difficult to find pure-breed Blacks now... i think you can find pure-breeds in africa. probably in the rural areas where they haven't mixed with westerners or other tribes, or other african who may have mixed blood somehow. |
