....why do you need yoga workouts?..... ...those are workouts for old,sick and weak people get out and run like crazy or play a sport eg football or ride a bike!....you can as well close your eyes and imagine you are fit instead of yoga....and even if i knew where they were, i would not tell anyone..yoga workout tapes?...daylight robbery is what they are!...or get a very  lean  hard lover..that will surely keep u fit than yoga!

LMAO!! Cindy, I've got a lot and u can download them from the links for free.. Thanks to my Secret sources...  :D Send me a PM, the list is at home..... What do you want? Yoga, Yogalates? Pilates? lol lol..
I think you can get the mat at any sports store..
Goodluck though.. it requires a lot of motivation  ;D
