If there is a single point I won't agree with in your ad, it is the "delicious" Chinese cooking....

Hmmm....I have been in China for seven years now and believe me I have had the opportunity to eat chinese foods...The problem is not with the food itself, but the fact is we are not used to it and probably will never be. Most of my Chinese friends tell me that foreign food is not delicious, and I can understand them ;)

You know i've only been in China for a year and one thing i've discovered is that when it comes to meat, i have difficulty with some Chinese dishes. Some are are sweet, others overly spicy, and chopped up into tiny little pieces that are hard to find in a plate. But some however, are quite awrite especially some Sichuan style dishes.  But then again one has to keep an open mind dui bu dui?

u know, china is such a large country that there r actually so many different styles of cooking.. so u could find various kinds of foods..
generally, northeastern foods r thick & mixed, northwestern foods r spicy acid, southeastern foods r sweet , southwestern foods r spicy salty.
hope u enjoy all foods.

I'm deep into Chinese food (esp. Shanghai cuisine).  Back home we actually have some popular Chinese cuisine integrated into something we consider "local food" heheh.  But I don't have experience cooking complicated meals so how much do you charge & can you provide location?
